Conditions of Employment:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Post secondary education in office administration or Business, or equivalent related work experience
- Experience in Accounts Receivable; receiving and recording cash/credit payments
- Experience in clerical/office administration roles
- Experience working with databases (entering and updating information, producing reports)
- Experience working with learning management systems like Moodle, Docebo, Adobe, Captivate and Talent
- Experience providing customer service
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
The incumbent provides support to Manitoba Emergency Services College (MESC) staff and students by building courses into an on-line Moodle format, loading students into courses on-line, and responding to student concerns and issues relating to on-line courses. The incumbent also admits students into on-campus and rural courses and testing, in various locations in Manitoba.
