Aircraft Parts & Inventory Coordinator

Taiga Aerial Intelligence is looking to acquire responsible and dependable personnel with a zealous and dedicated work ethic to join our supportive team environment. Taiga Group provides a strategic range of remote aerial sensing and Geomatics services, specialized in multi-platform collection with helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The Inventory Coordinator will support Aircraft Engineers, Pilots and Field Services Staff with the procurement, shipping and logistics of Aircraft parts, Aeronautical products/components and operational necessities


  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Quick books
  • Effective oral, written, and digital communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Adaptability during time sensitive events
  • Valid Manitoba Drivers license
  • Strong command of the English language


  • Self Initiator
  • Customer Service Experience
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Dangerous Goods Experience
  • Human Factors


  • Inventory and logistics Management
  • Sourcing and procurement of required items as directed
  • Safe packaging and shipment of priority items
  • Assisting Management with completion of directed tasks
  • Data Entry
  • Networking and Maintaining professional relationships with vendors and third
    party sources
  • Shipping and Receiving (locally and internationally)
  • Local Pick-ups and deliveries
  • Manual Lifting

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: $16.00 per hour
