Aviation Parts Clerk

What you need, when you need it! We are looking for a Stores Clerk, Logistics & Repairs, to join our team in our Maintenance department. Custom Helicopters Ltd. provides helicopter support to clients for various applications, while providing high-quality services with a commitment to safety, quality, and value.

Reporting to the Stores Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of incoming and outgoing shipments, as well as coordinating aircraft part removals, all to meet company requirements and foster positive working relationships with outside vendors and repair facilities. This includes processing requests, shipping parts, and receiving inventory. You will assist with monitoring serviceable inventory levels and sourcing repair and exchange options to meet those needs. As the ideal candidate, you possess strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain management is considered an asset. A combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Aviation-related knowledge in business, accounting, operations, and inventory operations in as asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, including external stakeholders.
• Proficient computer abilities, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), and inventory and/or aviation-related software programs.

The successful candidate must provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, verification of full vaccination against COVID-19, and have a valid Driver’s License.
