Client & Staff Coordinator for our Winnipeg Location
Client & Staff Coordinator under the direction of our CEO and working alongside other Client & Staff Coordinator’s in other Regions will have a Health Care background with/but not limited to either a Health Care Aide Certificate or Nursing background.
A successful candidate will be well organized, able to confidently meet with families to arrange care, able to work with families to obtain working relationships to provide ongoing adequate care. The candidate will be able to work with staff, matching them with clients, making month long schedules, providing staff support, providing hours for the payroll department and participate in hiring and training new staff. The candidate must be able to speak and write in English effectively. An individual who can connect with their community will do well.
The Coordinator will be able to effectively balance working in the office as well as conducting home visits, and working with clients.
The Coordinator will be responsible for Winnipeg, the City of and surrounding areas.
Training will be provided to the right candidate in our Morden and Winnipeg offices. Reliable transportation is a necessity.
This is a full-time position, with some evenings and weekends. Hours can be flexible with proper self-scheduling. Position will remain open until filled.
