As the Customer Service Support Representative, you will be providing tech support to customers by answering calls and other inquiries, providing solutions to a variety of customer questions. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Answer calls and provide excellent customer service and technical support to troubleshoot basic issues
* Accurately document customer interaction and escalate issues to higher levels if necessary
* Other duties as necessary MUST HAVES: 
* Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
