What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will develop, oversee and report on engaging digital experiences that support global marketing initiatives. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be:
Collaborating with the creative team to tie together business goals, partner objectives and consumer needs.
Crafting engaging experiences across digital properties (website, email, text, social media, digital advertising networks) to increase traffic, followers, engagement scores and brand awareness.
Managing website SEO and define strategies for inbound lead generation.
Building and maintaining high-performing paid advertising campaigns; provide day-to-day management of campaigns, bid strategies, spend and optimization efforts to ensure KPIs are identified and aligned with business goals.
Setting up campaign tracking, monitoring performance and delivering spend reports that include optimization tactics, competitive analysis and additional methods to support the sales cycle.

What you’ll need to succeed:
3+ years of Digital Marketing experience.
Certified degree or diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications or related field.
Proficiency in content marketing theory and application.
Excellent knowledge of SEO principles.
Google Ads and Analytics certification.
Proven experience executing effective and innovative digital campaigns to convert traffic to quality leads, while interpreting data to inform decisions.
Expert knowledge of the Google advertising network, social media advertising, SEO, and digital marketing campaigns.
Working knowledge of WordPress content management system.
