We are looking for a hard working, driven go-getter to join our growing business. The ideal candidate will be very motivated to learn, grow and succeed in a competitive, yet fun work environment.
To start, your primary responsibilities will be providing administrative support to our financial service managers.
You will also need to have great customer service and communication skills as you will be answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate person. In time, you will assist the financial service managers with connecting and following up with clients, making files, filing, completing credit applications, pulling credit bureaus and completing paperwork. To be successful in this role, you must have great attention to detail, be professional, polite and extremely customer oriented. Strong communication, grammar, writing and social media skills are a must.
Previous experience in automotive finance is an asset but not required.
Class 5 drivers license required
