French Bilingual Customer Care Rep

As a French Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you will provide customer support for some of the world’s most exciting brands covering a range of industries from unique accommodations around the world to on-demand ride-sharing, and food and beverage to beauty and cosmetics. * Deliver excellent customer experience in French and English
* Resolve customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat
* Identify customers’ needs and clarify information
* Document customer interactions and provide accurate notes in system indicating what action was taken or needs to be made
* Other duties as required

* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service role
* Exceptional French and English communication and listening skills
* Ability to use the Internet, MS Word, Excel and a variety of other applications
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Fun, positive attitude, and a great team player
