GENERAL OFFICE ASSISTANT (Winnipeg, Manitoba)
So you have experience in an office environment and although you hate to admit it, you’re brilliant at what you do. The phones never ring twice and meeting rooms are always booked on time. Sounds like you’re ready to move up the ladder and take the next step in your career! As the receptionist, you’ll play an integral role in performing a variety of administrative tasks. We are seeking for someone who pays high attention to detail, and is great at multi-tasking who can work in a friendly environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
* Front desk reception; answering phones, directing customers to appropriate contacts/areas
* Receive phone calls, record messages, and respond to customer questions
* Monitor staff activities in and out of the business
* Receive and sort incoming mail
* Maintain an organized and tidy workspace
* Perform general administrative and clerical duties as required
* Completed high school diploma or GED
* Strong command of the English language (written & verbal)
* Organized and high level of attention to detail
* Pleasant & professional manner; confident & excellent customer service skills
* Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc)
