Graphic Design & Marketing Coordinator

Mandako is an agricultural equipment manufacturer located in Plum Coulee, MB. Founded in 1988, we have a strong dealer network across North America and Australia. We are looking to grow our business and are seeking a creative person who is willing to challenge themselves.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales & Marketing, your role will include:

Developing and designing marketing material, such as:
o Product literature
o Social media ads
o Print advertising

Social media
o Responsible for updating the company’s social media accounts with relevant content

Photography / Videography
o Organize and plan filming sessions
o Willing to work with outside 3rd party (if necessary)

Assist with creation of company newsletter
o Published 2 to 4 times per year

Website maintenance
o Update website as needed
o Design or coordinate a complete re-design as available.
o Willing to work with outside 3rd party (if necessary)

Attend & Support Company Trade Shows
o Assist company at select trade show events
o Some travel will be required

Other duties as required

The successful candidate will have:
• 3+ years in Graphic Design
• Working knowledge (advanced level) of Adobe products including Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator
• Experience with video recording, editing, and web design an asset, but not required
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Wages will be based on experience.
