Key Accounts Manager

New Standard Ag is currently looking for a Key Accounts Manager!

The Key Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing and maintaining relationships with the company’s key customer accounts. The Key Accounts Manager will be the lead point of contact for all key customer account matters, anticipate the key customers’ needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the key customers are met, and help the key customer succeed. The ability to forge strong relationships and promote company solutions to achieve mutual satisfaction will be important requirements for this role.

Skills Required:

5-8 years proven experience as Key Accounts Manager or similar role
Post-secondary degree/certificate in business administration, sales or relevant field is an asset
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Excellent customer service/satisfaction orientation
Strong communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability in problem-solving/analysis skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in stressful situations
Creative thinking
