Position Title: Low Rise Department Lead

Position Type: 40 – 50 Hrs Per Week – Year Round Full Time Position

(primarily daytime hours with some evening and weekend work)

Our Low Rise Department Includes: Window Cleaning | Pressure Washing | Gutter Cleaning | Dryer Vent Cleaning | Ladder Work | Pole Work | Post Construction Work | Special Projects

Weekly Break down: 34 Hrs of your time will be on the tools producing work alone, with staff or training new staff. 6 Hours of your time will be administrative which includes equipment maintenance, ordering equipment, paperwork, site visits and meetings.

Description of Duties:

Produce exemplary work on time and on budget
Conduct weekly team huddles to execute the weekly production and Gross Profit % goals
Daily awareness and oversight of all jobs and staff within your department
Perform site visits and ongoing oversight of productivity of each tech on the field
Work with crews on the job site to ensure safe work practices, build community and performance culture
Receive calls from the Department Techs throughout the day to solve problems, offer leadership and support
Document ongoing training and development of field technicians
Assist the Operations Manager in the staff review process and general development
Assist the Operations Manager in the interview process and onboarding of new staff
Assist the Operations Manager in ordering equipment, maintenance and upkeep of tools
Assist the Operations Manager in the creation of safe work plans

Skills and Requirements:

2 Year of experience producing the above mentioned Low Rise Work or 3 plus years of experience producing similar services in another industry.
1 year of related experience or education where supervising and leadership was a key component of your daily activities or studies
Willingness to learn proficiency in the trade and become an expert in all aspects of the Low Rise Department
Not afraid to get your hands dirty and lead by example
Great communicator with the ability to motivate others
Friendly, reliable, organized, detail-oriented and self motivated
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities on a daily basis
Proficient trainer and motivator
Full Class 5 MB Drivers License or equivalent
Minimum 2 – 3 year commitment

Compensation: $40,000.00 Annual Salary + Bonus
