Job Description:

• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Provide basic information to clients and the public about products and services
• Obtain and process information required to provide services
• Operate switchboard or telephone system
• Order office supplies
• Record and relay information
• Send invoices
• Perform clerical duties, such as filling, sorting and distributing mail or organizing office documents
• Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
• Calculate billing changes
• Contact providers and coordinate payments
• Coordinate clients’ meetings
• Identify mistakes in contracts and request corrections in documents
• Update the customers’ database
• Oversee the office budgets
• Performing inventory on office supplies
• Packaging and shipping company materials
• Research about fairs, events or conferences to find potential clients
• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
• Record billing information and prepare invoices or estimates

-Education: Completion of secondary education is required
-Experience: Experience is a strong asset. On-the-job training will be provided.
– Knowledge in Marketing, Design or Advertising is an asset due to the nature of our products.

Salary: $18.00 per hour, 37.50 hours per week.
