The hiring company has been in the recruitment communications industry for over three decades providing HR Professionals with our specialized knowledge in recruitment communications. As part of the front line, the Publication Representative will be the primary contact with our customers, attending to their questions and concerns, as well as providing them with information, and taking their advertising orders.

The Publication Representative has a combination of responsibilities. Time will be split between, administrative, customer service and design responsibilities.

You must be a team player who will enjoy working in a small, dedicated team of media professionals. We have a healthy roster of high-profile companies that rely on us for their day-to-day ad placement service, and we want to provide the best service we possibly can.

• High school diploma.
• 2+ years administrative and customer service experience.
• Technical Communication diploma preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are essential.
• Good communication skills – written & verbal. Grammar and spelling must be excellent.
• Time efficient & excellent time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good proof-reading skills.
• Must work well independently and in a team.
• Self-starter.
