Receptionist / Administrative Assistant (Niverville)

Smith Neufeld Jodoin LLP has an opening for a full time receptionist / administrative assistant at our office in Niverville. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 5:00.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients
• Answering phones
• Opening files
• Typing letters, documents, and reports
• Mail and courier administration
• Copying and filing

Qualifications:
• Ability to provide professional client service
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Word
• Attention to detail
• Prior office, reception, or administrative experience is an asset
