In collaboration with the Manager – Recruitment and Retention, the Regional Lead – Indigenous Employment is responsible for the coordination of the recruitment, recognition and retention activities in relation to Indigenous people, and assists in other Human Resources functions, such as labor relations, compensation and benefits, occupational health and safety, HRIS, and staff development.
The incumbent exercises the appropriate level of initiative and independent judgment in determining work priorities, work methods to be employed and action to be taken on unusual matters. The position functions in a manner that is consistent with the mission, vision and values; and the policies of Southern Health-Santé Sud.
