Senior Civil Project Coordinator – Residential Construction

Seymour Pacific Developments Ltd. is a national leader in land development and residential construction, and we are seeking a Senior Civil Project Coordinator to join our civil team in Winnipeg, MB.

The Senior Civil Project Coordinator s responsible for tracking and monitoring all civil construction project activities to ensure developments remain on schedule, scope and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Lead civil projects during the design, tendering and construction stages
-Track and manage on-site civil staff and trades
-Monitor civil projects and assist with the technical review of plans, contract documents and technical specifications
-Communicate with internal teams regarding project status and issues, recommending changes as necessary

REQUIREMENTS

-Post-secondary education in Civil Engineering, Project Management or equivalent an asset
-Minimum 5 years of on-site residential civil construction experience
-Previous field experience in excavation, earthworks, and underground utility construction
-Previous experience as a Civil Superintendent or Foreman a strong asset
