Creative: at all levels…from logos to ad-scripts to multi-level campaigns
Digital marketing: SAAS, social, web, SEO, reputation management, and more
Production: video, audio, animation, print

Co-op program management

The role:

-The Senior Marketing Advisor (MA) role includes leadership, marketing strategy, problem-solving, and project management. As a Senior MA, you will:

The outputs include client needs analyses, strategic marketing proposals, creative briefs, and coordination of tactics like digital campaigns, website builds, print projects, social media posts, SEO management and other general marketing acrobatics. You will flex skills in listening, thinking, writing, and coordinating with others.
-Develop local Marketing Advisors by reviewing key deliverables, delegating projects, and providing feedback and training. Leadership means looking around the corner for others, and that’s the courage and vision needed here.
-Work alongside a dedicated sales team. You will build internal relationships that foster confidence in Homefield’s offerings.

Your Skills:

-We need a strategist…someone who can examine the challenges and opportunities for local businesses and collaborate to deliver solid marketing solutions. And someone who has an appetite for developing and coaching others.
-You have some combination of specific marketing training and actual marketing experience. You can build a marketing plan for a small business from scratch
-You have effective communication skills and are confident speaking to small and large groups
-You can manage relationships with both external (client) and internal (teammate) stakeholders
-You have strong verbal and written communication skills

Plus, you’ll need:

-Flexibility: Homefield is young, complete with pivots and fast paced evolutions
-Curiosity: Ask questions, try new things
-Sales and service attitude: You complete tasks with an eye to the end goal
-Organization: Proactive project management
-Technology savvy: You stay up to date with presentation tools, project management systems and social media.

What we offer in return:

-Great teammates and a fun environment
-Salary, extended health and dental benefits, pension plan, Employee Assistance Program, paid sick days, and more
-Creative and co-op program management teams
-Online training and ongoing education opportunities
