Video Production Coordinator

The  Role: 
-The Video Production Coordinator will conduct video production strategy meetings, provide project estimates, coordinate pre-production tasks, and maintain vendor/client communication.
-You will have many projects on the go at the same time where you relay information between Account Managers, vendors, the in-house video team, and clients.
-You will aid the video production team with administrative tasks and project organization.
This is a remote position. You’ll coordinate projects across Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, and into Northern Ontario 

-Strong communication skills for coordinating tasks and sharing creative vision
-Project management ability. You can keep video projects moving forward on schedule
-You excel at managing details and enjoy a creative environment… you’re up to the challenge of keeping creative people organized!
-Able to help design creative video solutions and ideas built around business goal
-Past video shooting/directing/producing/editing experience are an asset -Marketing training and experience are an asset
